2015 IPAK TF-300

2015 IPak TF-300CTR Automatic Servo Tray Former removed from service in running condition from a produce packing facility. This fully automatic tray former is designed to form corner-post style corrugated trays commonly used in produce, protein, and bag-in-box packaging applications. The machine features servo-driven blank advance and mandrel motion for precise and consistent forming, and is equipped with an Allen-Bradley CompactLogix PLC, touchscreen HMI, and a Nordson ProBlue hot melt adhesive system. Capable of producing up to approximately 23 trays per minute, the TF-300CTR can form trays with heights ranging from approximately 4.25" to 11.5", with maximum tray footprints of approximately 23 1/8" × 15 1/16", depending on tooling and change parts. The machine operates on 480V, 3-phase, 60Hz power and requires approximately 90 PSI compressed air for operation. Built with full safety guarding and quick-change adjustments, this tray former is well suited for high-volume packaging operations. Commonly used in produce packing operations for products such as peppers, tomatoes, onions, citrus, and other fresh vegetables.
