2018 AIS Super Sack System (Never Used)

Complete Bulk Bag (Super Sack) Ingredient Handling & Batching System by AIS.

System includes dual super sack unloading stations with hoists and trolleys, pneumatic conveying system with 15 HP blower, sifter, vacuum receiver, and (2) 1,000 lb scale hoppers with load cells. Designed for handling dry bulk ingredients such as flour, sugar, and powders with integrated PLC controls for automated batching. System is new, never installed, and includes transfer tubing. Ideal for bakeries, snack, and dry ingredient processing facilities looking to automate bulk ingredient handling.

System was bought new, and never installed. Portion of the line are still crated. Can get photos of what is not in the crate upon request. Assembly Drawings available upon request.
